Retail Shops at Aura at College Park

Even though the residential units at Aura at College Park won't be ready for occupancy for some time, doesn't mean that the retail shops won't be. In fact, it looks at though occupancy for these units located on the P1 level of the condo will be ready for occupancy starting in the next few months.

With close to 100 of these owned retail units, it is expected that there will be a variety of tenants to compliment the above floor retail comprising of Bed, Bath and Beyond as well as Marshalls. Smaller merchants will have the opportunity of running a variety of businesses such as food options in the food court area as well as other business types of their choice. Like any commercial transactions, there will be restrictions implemented on what types of businesses can be run however, there will still be many options for owners and tenants of these shops.
