College Park Condos Market Update

Both 761 Bay Street and 763 Bay Street have known to have the highest resale values on the Bay Street Corridor. Located close to the university, hospitals, and the Eaton Center, it is no surprise that these condos along with Aura Condos which will complete the College Park Condos series, have the lowest vacancy rates in the City of Toronto. Even though the summer months always reflect a slow down in real estate transactions, College Park Condos is definitely the exception.  Here are a few units that have sold in both 761 and 763 Bay Street in the last month:

1. 1 bedroom with no parking or locker sold for just under $285 000
2. 1 bedroom unit with both parking and locker sold for just under $450 000
3. 1 bedroom plus den unit with both both and locker sold in the $530 000- $535 000 range

For those of you still looking to buy a College Park Condo in the next little while, there are a few listings currently available for sale.

1. A bachelor unit with a locker in the $320 000 range
2. 1 bedroom unit with both parking and locker for just under $470 000
3. 1 bedroom plus den unit with both parking and locker listed just under $510 000
4. 2 bedroom plus den unit with both parking and locker listed for under $750 000
