Lower Floors and Upper Floors at Aura at College Park

With Aura at College Park being 75 stories it is no surprise that the building will be separated essentially into two condo corporations. They will be defined as the lower floor units as well as the upper floor or more commonly known as the executive units. The main differences between the lower and upper floors are the views as well as the quality of standard finishes.

Lower Floors (5-55): The lower floor units at Aura start on the fifth floor and go up to the 55th floor. The standard finishes for these units are as follows:

Executive Floors (56-75): The executive floors start on the 56th floor of the building up to the 71st floor. The penthouse units start on the 72nd floor up to the 75th. The standard finishes for the executive floors are as follows:

-9 foot ceilings
-5 inch baseboards with 3 inch trim throughout
-The highest end stainless steel appliances from the GE Cafe Series
-Quartz counter tops in kitchen
-Capped ceiling in outlets in living room, dining room and den
-French doors in dens where applicable
-Double stainless steel sink in kitchen
-Glass tile back splash in kitchen
-Under cabinet lighting in kitchen
-Deep soaker tub in bathroom
-Porcelain tile flooring and bathroom wall
-Frame less glass shower where applicable
-Dual flush toilet
-Pot lights in bathroom
-Washer and Dryer


Another interesting point is that the views on the executive floors will be completely unobstructed in all directions. The executive units were not only home to larger units. There were also some one bedroom plus den units as well as smaller two bedrooms found on these floors with incredible east and north facing views. It is anticipated that the lower floor units will register and close sometime next year with the upper floors following about a year after.
