We took a stroll to the Aura at College Park construction site and managed to get a glimpse at the 14th floor storey terrace units. For those of you who not familiar with these units, there are only four of them facing south. What made them ultra special was that these extra large terraces came equipped with a BBQ hook up, a water hook up, a hot tub as well as a specialized landscaping. With outdoor space being such a luxury in the condo world, these units are sure to add increased value to these units. We look forward to seeing these units completed in the next year!
