One of the most important aspects when considering buying a pre construction condo is the retail component. It is important that condos have strong retailers in order to support not only the building's residents, but also to contribute to the area in which the condo is being built.
Aura Condos at College Park is a prime example of taking into consideration the importance of strong anchor commercial tenants. As you can see from the signs in the window of the construction site, not only is Bed, Bath and Beyond putting in their flagship store in to the building, but Marshalls is also opening a large store in the building. The retail component of the building is an essential aspect too. It's great that Bed, Bath and Beyond and Marshalls are opening stores here!
